Hon Hai Precision (TWSE:2317), better knows as Foxconn, is planning mass production and initial shipments of its co-packaged optics all-optical switches in the third quarter of 2026, according to a Wednesday earnings briefing.
The electronics manufacturer's next-generation VR cabinets will enter mass production during Q3, while full-year AI cabinet shipments are expected to more than double.
Additionally, revenue from high-speed networking has been projected to double in 2026.
