Tama Home Board Approves 12 Billion Yen Syndicated Term Loan

Tama Home (TYO:1419) said its board approved a 12 billion yen syndicated term loan agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. as arranger, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The loan terms are scheduled to be executed on Aug. 21, with borrowing scheduled for Aug. 28 and final maturity on Aug. 28, 2029, with the interest rate set at the base interest rate plus a spread.
The loan proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and will have no collateral or guarantee.
