LS 2 to Acquire Singapore Factory Units; Shares Down 4%

LS 2 (SGX:ENV) through its unit, LS 2 Services, exercised an option to acquire two strata-titled factory units at WCEGA Plaza in Singapore for SG$1.7 million, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
Shares of the environmental services provider were down over 4% in Wednesday trading.
The assets include ramp-up factory units on a 60-year leasehold from March 1997.
The units will be used for the company's operational use to provide additional warehousing and operational space.
