Digital Core REIT (SGX:DCRU) will divest interests in three North American data centers for around $315.9 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The data center REIT will also acquire stakes in data centers in Japan and Singapore for around $176 million, as part of a portfolio reconstitution exercise.
