Life360 (LIF) reported a strong Q2, with subscription trends and profitability exceeding expectations, although monthly active user growth remains a core H2 debate, UBS Securities said Tuesday.

Bulls will point to the company raising full-year 2026 subscription revenue guidance to $475 million to $480 million, reflecting healthy growth in its core business and advertising entering the commercialization phase following completion of the Nativo integration, the firm said.

Bears will say MAU growth requires a meaningful H2 acceleration and advertising carries a lower margin profile than subscriptions, potentially tempering consolidated margin expansion as the business scales, the firm said.

The brokerage said the after-market sell off is overdone, as it sees a favorable setup for subscription growth and advertising scale in H2, although execution against the 17% to 20% MAU growth outlook remains a significant near-term proof point.

UBS kept a buy rating on Life360 and lowered its price target to $60 from $64.

Shares of Life360 fell 26% in Tuesday trading.
