Wilmar International Books Higher H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Jumps 17%

Wilmar International's (SGX:F34) attributable profit to owners rose during the first half to $608.9 million from $594.9 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share came in at $0.097 compared with $0.095 in the year-ago period.

Revenue jumped 17% year over year to $38.6 billion from $32.9 billion.

The food processing company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.05 per share to be paid Sept. 2. It paid SG$0.040 per share in the year-ago period.
