Turaco Gold Says Ivory Coast Gold Project Drilling Shows Strong Resource Growth Potential at High Grades; Shares Up 4%

Turaco Gold (ASX:TCG) said results from drilling extensions to the Adiopan-Asupiri deposit, part of the Afema project in Ivory Coast, showed strong resource growth potential at high gold grades, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered intercepts of 15 meters at 4.72 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from 122 meters, as well as 15 meters at 3.62 g/t grade of gold from 164 meters, the company said.
Extensions of shallow high-grade zones of mineralization at Adiopan remain open.
The gold explorer's shares rose almost 4% in recent trading on Monday.
