SkyCity Entertainment Says New Zealand Superannuation Fund Ceases to be Substantial Holder

SkyCity Entertainment Group (ASX:SKC, NZE:SKC) was informed by New Zealand Superannuation Fund Nominees as nominee for the New Zealand Superannuation Fund that the fund's stake in the firm fell to 4.211% as of Aug. 6 from 5.103% previously, thus ceasing its substantial holding status, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The fund now holds 46.4 million ordinary shares of the firm.

Its shares fell over 1% in recent trading on the Australian bourse on Monday.
