Tolu Minerals (ASX:TOK) appointed Warren Uyen as chief operating officer, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Uyen has more than 30 years of experience leading underground and open-pit mining operations and is the former COO of K92 Mining, per the filing.
