11:13 ET -- Sweetgreen's sales will rebound in FY27 once customer concerns over cyclospora subside, say D.A. Davidson analysts Matt Curtis and Andrew Tompkins in a research note. The analysts say that given stronger traffic before the outbreak, they expect a full return to the company's traffic trajectory prior to the outbreak once the weather cools down. They also say wraps remain a key bright spot for the company as more than half of its customers who ordered a wrap returned within 30 days. They add that additional menu innovation around wraps is set to roll out next week.
