The property company's average selling price for the month was 13,751 yuan per square meter, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
For the seven months ended July 31, accumulated sales and sales area reached roughly 3.24 billion yuan and 245,651 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 13,209 yuan per square meter.
