Commonwealth Bank of Australia Says Higher Rates Lead to Home Loan Application Volumes Softening

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) said home loan application volumes have softened in the wake of higher rates, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The application volumes in the period from February to August fell 17% year over year, the lender said. They fell 15% in August since May.
