Prime US REIT's Attributable Profit Slides 51% in H1

Prime US REIT (SGX:OXMU) recorded a 51% decline in attributable net income in the first half of 2026 to $4 million from $8 million a year prior.

Earnings per share fell to $0.0027 from $0.0061 previously, according to a Wednesday Singapore bourse filing.

Net property income slid 6.9% to $33.4 million from $35.8 million in the year-ago period.

Committed portfolio occupancy rose to 84.1% as of June 30, compared with 83.1% as of March 31, according to a separate filing.

The REIT declared an interim dividend of $0.005 per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 20.
