2337 GMT - Jefferies says an improvement in industrial market indicators suggests Centuria Industrial REIT can find new tenants for its Bundamba and Fairfield properties. Centuria Industrial REIT has signaled FY27 funds from operations of between 18.8 and 19.2 Australian cents per unit. Analyst Andrew Dodds says the broad range in guidance reflects the two empty properties. Combined, they account for more than 42,000 square meters of space, Jefferies says. "Centuria Industrial REIT is confident that leases can be signed in 2H FY27, and a tightening East Coast industrial market supports this view," Jefferies says. Leasing deals would support already strong comparable net operating income growth of 5.2%, it adds. Jefferies rates Centuria Industrial REIT a buy.
