Hagerty Q2 Swings to Adjusted Loss, Revenue Declines; 2026 Outlook Raised

Hagerty (HGTY) reported a Q2 adjusted loss Wednesday of $0.02 per diluted share, swinging from adjusted earnings of $0.12 per diluted share a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $354.8 million, compared with $379.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $316.2 million.

For full-year 2026, the company expects revenue of $1.33 billion to $1.34 billion, versus prior outlook of $1.28 billion to $1.30 billion. Analysts expect $1.30 billion.

Shares of Hagerty were up 1.5% pre-bell.
