Elite UK REIT's (SGX:MXNU) reported distribution per unit (DPU) slightly up by 0.6% during the first half of the year to 0.0155 pounds from 0.0154 pounds a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Distributable income rose 3.6% to 10.1 million pounds from 9.7 million pounds in the prior period.
Net property income fell 3.3% to 18.0 million pounds compared with 18.7 million pounds a year earlier.
Revenue was up 0.8% year over year to 18.9 million from 18.7 million.
Portfolio occupancy as of June 30 stood at 99.9%.
Shares of the UK-focused REIT were up over 3% in Friday trading.
