Assembly Place Holdings Enters JV for Redevelopment Project in Singapore

Assembly Place Holdings (SGX:TAP) has entered a joint venture to redevelop a freehold property comprising five terrace houses in Singapore, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
The project will be undertaken through newly incorporated joint venture 50 JHS, in which Assembly Place holds a 10% stake. Subsidiary TAP Co‑living will serve as project manager, overseeing redevelopment works and sales and marketing, and will earn related fees.
The property acquisition was completed Thursday, with the redevelopment project expected to launch for sale in the fourth quarter of 2026.
