IREIT Global's (SGX:UD1U) distribution per unit fell 2.6% during the first half of the year to 0.0037 euros from 0.0038 euros a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Income to be distributed to unitholders was down 1.9% to 5.0 million euros from 5.1 million euros in the prior period.
Net property income surged 15% to 17.1 million euros from 14.8 million euros in the year-ago period.
Gross revenue jumped 8.8% year over year to 26 million euros from 23.9 million euros.
The REIT's portfolio occupancy rate improved to 94.4% as at June 30.
