SG Holdings Net Attributable Income Rises 21% in Fiscal Q1

SG Holdings (TYO:9143) posted a 21% year-over-year increase in net income attributable to owners of the parent to 12.3 billion yen for the three months ended June 30 from 10.2 billion yen.

The courier services provider said basic net income per share rose to 20.55 yen from 16.69 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.

Operating revenues jumped 22% to 447 billion yen from 367 billion yen in the year-ago period.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company forecasts attributable income of 60 billion yen, basic net income per share of 99.72 yen, and operating revenues of 1.74 trillion yen.

The company plans to pay a second quarter-end dividend of 27 yen per share for the current fiscal year.
