Haverty Furniture (HVT) maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $0.33 per common share and $0.31 per Class A share, payable on Sept. 9 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 25, the company said Friday.
The company said its board also approved a new stock repurchase authorization of up to $15 million of its common stock and Class A common stock.
Shares rose more than 1% in after-hours activity.
