BlossomHill Therapeutics (BLSM) shares fell 2.3% to $15.63 in their Nasdaq debut on Friday.
The stock opened at $15.75 and reached $16 before trading as low as $15.25.
The company priced its upsized initial public offering of 9.375 million common shares at $16 each, raising $150 million in gross proceeds.
The underwriters were granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.4 million shares.
The offering is expected to close Monday.
