Atlanta Braves Shares Fall After Q2 Miss

Atlanta Braves Holdings (BATRA) shares were down more than 2% in Wednesday trading after the company reported lower-than-expected Q2 results.

The company reported a Q2 loss of $0.19 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.46 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.29 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 fell to $305.1 million from $312.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts expected revenue of $317.1 million.
