ESR-REIT (SGX:9A4U) completed the asset enhancement initiative at 29 Tai Seng Street in Singapore, and has obtained its temporary occupation permit, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
The upgraded property has also secured the BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS (Provisional) certification.
Additionally, the property has achieved 100% occupancy ahead of schedule following the execution of a ten-year lease with PSB Academy.
