Timken Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; 2026 Outlook Lifted

Timken (TKR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.83 per diluted share, up from $1.42 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.62.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $1.26 billion, up from $1.17 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.23 billion.
The company said it now expects full-year adjusted earnings per share in the range of $6.05 to $6.35, compared with its prior outlook of $5.75 to $6.25. Analysts expect $6.17.
Shares of the company were down 2.5% in Tuesday premarket trading.
