ARN Media (ASX:A1N) said it plans to "vigorously" defend all claims made by sacked breakfast show host Jackie "O" Henderson at an Australian Federal Court hearing set for October, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also said a Monday article in The Australian contains a number of factual inaccuracies, including that it "secretly budgeted" to pay co-host Kyle Sandilands up to AU$35 million.
"ARN confirms that it has made no provision in relation to either the Sandilands or Henderson litigation," the company said.
Henderson has accused the company of making "misleading and deceptive statements" related to her firing after she filed a complaint about Sandilands' behavior in the workplace.
