Capricor Therapeutics Shares Fall After B. Riley, Roth Capital Downgrades

Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR) shares fell about 12% on Tuesday after B. Riley and Roth Capital downgraded the stock to neutral from buy.

B. Riley cut its price target to $10 per share from $63, while Roth Capital lowered its target to $7 per share from $38.

Trading volume stood at over 11.5 million shares, compared with a daily average of more than 1.8 million.
