Qnity Electronics (Q) said Tuesday it is expanding its thermal management portfolio with new Laird Tflex CR910 liquid gap filler and Laird Tgrease 3000 thermal grease.
The thermal interface materials are designed to help customers address thermal management challenges across AI, automotive and other high-power electronic applications, the company said.
