CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2026-- 

The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share on Exelon's common stock. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, to Exelon's shareholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, September 4, 2026.
