Boston Scientific (BSX) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.86 per share, up from $0.75 a year earlier.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $5.44 billion, up from $5.06 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.36 billion.
For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.80 to $0.82 and net sales growth of 3% to 5%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.84 and $5.38 billion, respectively.
For 2026, the company lowered its adjusted EPS guidance to $3.28 to $3.32 from $3.34 to $3.41. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.36.
Full-year net sales are now expected to grow about 5.5% to 6.5%, down from the previous projection of 7% to 8.5% growth.
Shares of the company were up 3.5% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
