0626 GMT - President Xi's visit to Washington in September is likely to remain on track, according to BofA Securities' economists in a research note. Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi met Secretary of State Marco Rubio earlier this month and discussed preparations for President Xi's visit, BofA points out. The current trade truce, which suspended additional tariffs and certain export controls, is set to expire on November, they note. The September summit will likely "review implementation and negotiate an extension, rather than produce a major breakthrough," they say.
