Logitech International Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Issues Fiscal Q2 Guidance; Shares Fall After-Hours

Logitech International (LOGI) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.85 per diluted share, up from $1.26 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.23 billion, up from $1.15 billion a year ago.

Analysts expected $1.20 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q2 revenue of $1.19 billion to $1.22 billion. Analysts expect $1.23 billion.

Shares of Logitech International were down almost 15% in after-hours activity.
