Apnimed has priced its initial public offering of 12 million common shares at $16 per share, the drugmaker said late Thursday.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million shares, the company said.
Shares are expected to debut Friday on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, under the ticker, "APMD."
Closing is anticipated to occur on Aug. 3, subject to customary closing conditions.
