RAS Technology Holdings (ASX:RTH) entered into a new agreement with Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) to supply domestic racing data and content, including RAS' Fast Form service, for a four-year term, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The license granted to Tabcorp is non-exclusive. The agreement, which began July 1, carries a consideration of nearly AU$2.3 million per annum over the term of the contract, and RAS may also pass through, on a cost-recovery basis, any increases in the cost of provision arising from third-party service provider cost changes.
RAS' shares surged 20% in recent trading on Thursday.
