F5 raised its fiscal 2026 outlook after third quarter sales increased, driven by product revenue growth.
The multicloud software and cybersecurity company reported net income of $208.2 million, or $3.62 a share, compared with $189.9 million, or $3.25 a share, a year earlier.
Adjusted earnings per share were $4.73. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting $4 a share.
Revenue rose nearly 11% to $865.1 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $834.6 million.
Chief Executive Francois Locoh-Donou said 19% product revenue helped the rise in revenue and reflects the critical role that F5 plays at the application delivery and security layer of hybrid multicloud and AI-driven enterprise infrastructure.
The company raised its fiscal 2026 revenue growth to between 9% and 10% from between 7% and 8%.
It also raised its 2026 guidance for adjusted earnings per share to between $17.21 and $17.33 from $16.25 and $16.55. Wall Street is expecting adjusted earnings per share of $16.49.
The company expects fourth quarter revenue between $870 million and $890 million and adjusted earnings per share between $4.14 and $4.26. Wall Street is expecting revenue of $856.9 million and adjusted earnings per share of $4.14, according to FactSet.
