Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) is expected to post a "strong" Q2 financial report, with the company set to strike a "bullish" tone as same-store sales accelerate and margins expand, Oppenheimer said in a note Sunday.
The investment firm expects the company to post Q2 earnings of $1.20 a share, ahead of FactSet consensus estimate of $1.17, when it releases its quarterly financial results on Tuesday.
Analysts said the company's comparative trends are set to produce quarterly beats, driven by its successful app launch and viral-like social media buzz.
The firm said the company's full-year guidance now looks "beatable," with the potential for $4.50-range EPS in 2026 and over $5 in 2027.
Oppenheimer retained an outperform rating on the stock and increased its price target to $91 from $72.
Shares of Cheesecake Factory were up more than 1% in Monday trading.
