0040 GMT - Brambles's bulls at UBS reckon that any caution around the pallet supplier's FY 2027 guidance is priced in following the stock's recent tumble. The analysts acknowledge that the midpoint of Brambles' earnings guidance range could fall short of consensus expectations. However, a proprietary UBS pallet user survey suggests that customers' perceptions of and satisfaction with Brambles's CHEP pallets has improved over the past year. More companies also intend to lease pallets, the analysts add. The stock is still well below levels seen earlier in 2026 after the Australia-listed company warned in May that repair bottlenecks would push up costs. UBS keeps a buy rating on the stock and raises its target price 2.1% to 24.30 Australian dollars. Shares are up 0.6% at A$19.18. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
