Carrier Global Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Net Sales Rise; Raises 2026 Outlook -- Shares Rise Pre-Bell

Carrier Global (CARR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Monday of $0.86 per diluted share, down from $0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.82.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $6.35 billion, compared with $6.11 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $6.02 billion.

The company said it expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $2.90, up from its prior guidance of $2.80. Analysts are looking for $2.81.

For 2026, the company expects sales of about $23 billion, compared with its earlier guidance of $22 billion. Analysts expect $22.31 billion.

Shares of the company were up 5.4% in Tuesday premarket activity.
