Impact Therapeutics Nominates Preclinical Candidate for GI Cancers

Impact Therapeutics (HKG:7630) nominated IMP3201, a CEACAM5-targeted dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), as a preclinical candidate.

IMP3201 is the first preclinical candidate developed using its proprietary dual-payload ADC platform, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing. It is being developed to treat gastrointestinal cancers, including colorectal, pancreatic, gastric and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

Shares of the company fell over 6% in recent trade.
