Valmont Industries (VMI) Chair Mogens Bay will retire from the board at the end of its fiscal year on Dec. 26, the company said Tuesday.
Vice Chair and Lead Independent Director Catherine Paglia will succeed Bay, the company said.
Paglia has served as lead independent director since 2018 and became vice chair in April this year, the company added.
