UDR (UDR) reported Q2 funds from operations late Monday of $0.60 per share, slightly down from $0.61 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.63.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $425.4 million, the same as a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $423.3 million.
For Q3, the company expects FFO of $0.63 to $0.65 per share. Analysts expect $64.
For the full-year 2026, the company lowered its outlook and said it now expects FFO of $2.47 to $2.55, compared with $2.48 to $2.58 previously. Analysts expect $2.53.
