ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2026-- 

The board of directors of Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (NYSE: PNFP) approved the following dividends for holders of common and preferred stock:

   --  $0.50 per share on the firm's common stock, payable on August 28, 2026, 
      to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026. 
 
   --  $0.46579 per share on the firm's Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative 
      Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on September 21, 2026, to 
      shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026. 
 
   --  $0.52481 per share on the firm's Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative 
      Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, payable October 1, 2026, to 
      shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026. 
 
   --  $16.88 per share (or $0.422 per depository share) on the firm's 
      Fixed-Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, payable on 
      September 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2026.
