Goodman Likely to Remain Conservative with Earnings Guidance

2335 GMT - Goodman Group isn't likely to break a habit with its FY27 earnings guidance. Morgan Stanley expects the Australia-listed industrial property owner to be conservative, perhaps signaling around 9% EPS growth in FY27. "This metric is unlikely to be a share price driver though, with the market more focused on data center customer contracts, or words to give us confidence that they are imminent," analyst Simon Chan says. MS expects Goodman's EPS to increase by 11% in FY27. It thinks performance fees from the Goodman Australia Industrial Partnership fund should underwrite relatively strong EPS growth.
