Mid Penn Bancorp (MPB) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.87 per diluted share, up from $0.70 a year earlier.
Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.79.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $75.9 million, up from $54.3 million a year earlier.
Three analysts expected $73.3 million.
The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.23 per share from $0.22, payable Aug. 14 to stockholders of record Aug. 3.
