STUART, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 2026-- 

Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida ("Seacoast") $(SBCF)$ announced that on July 23, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share, and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per 1/1000(th) share of Seacoast's Series A Non-Voting Preferred Stock. The common stock and preferred stock dividends are payable on September 30, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2026.
