0406 GMT - Zhongji Innolight is likely to maintain its leading position in the optical transceiver market in the AI era, say Citi analysts in a research note. Innolight's comprehensive product offering, scalable production capacity, strong relationships with global AI customers should cement its leading position, the analysts say. "Increasing data transmission bandwidth, speed, and density are driving acceleration of the product iteration cycle of optical interconnect products," they say. Citi estimates that Innolight could ship 30.1 million and 60.2 million optical transceivers in 2026 and 2027, respectively. Citi expects Innolight's revenue to grow at a 129% compound annual growth rate from 2025 to 2028 driven by its capacity ramp-up and improving product mix toward high-speed products. Shares are 1.55% lower at 1,118.99 yuan. (sherry.qin@wsj.com)
