Tetratherix Improves Cash Position With Inaugural Superpower License Fee, Capital Raise

Tetratherix (ASX:TTX) received its first license fee revenue of $3 million in the June quarter as part of an exclusive research and development agreement with US consumer health group Superpower, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The fee revenue, combined with a net AU$14.7 million from a placement in May, left the company with a "strong cash position" of AU$34.4 million as of June 30, per the filing.

The company closed the March quarter with AU$19.2 million of cash on hand, a previous filing showed.

Tetratherix said it saw AU$19.3 million of cash inflows in the three months through June, bringing the total to AU$21.9 million for the full 2026 fiscal year.
