0449 GMT - Keppel DC REIT is likely on track to deliver double-digit earnings growth, following the REIT's resilient 1H results, DBS Group Research analysts say in a note. The REIT has continued to benefit from organic income growth, supported by contractual rental escalations and commencement of leases signed in previous quarters at substantially higher rental rates, the analysts say. Given borrowing costs are falling and the REIT's weighted average cost of capital is low, management will probably ramp up acquisitions in the near to medium term. DBS raises the target price to 2.80 Singapore dollars from S$2.60, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 1.7% lower at S$2.26. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
