ASE Technology (TPE:3711) unit Advanced Semiconductor Engineering acquired production machinery and equipment worth about NT$1.07 billion from Lam Research International.
The purchases were made between Feb. 2 and July 23, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The equipment will be used for production and operations.
