Planet Fitness (PLNT) has sold its minority stake in its Bravo Fit franchisee in Australia to Franchise Equity Partners, the companies said late Monday.
Franchise Equity Partners now owns Bravo Fit after acquiring the business from existing shareholders, the companies said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
