SCG Décor's (BKK:SCGD) subsidiary, Siam Sanitary Ware, signed a joint venture agreement with Axent Switzerland to manufacture and assemble smart toilets in Thailand, according to a Wednesday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
The ceramic tiles and bathroom products maker will have a 51% stake in the new project, with commercial production slated for April 2027.
